Order process

Ordering process

The concept of WIND & VIBES is based on individuality. This way you can create your very own product and style. Our products consist of two elements: a body and a flap. You will find all your selected items in your shopping cart. Make sure that you have selected the right flap for your body, check our different sizes (S,M,L). You can also select every item individually.

If your delivery address is different to your invoice address you can fill it in during the checkout process.

Please check all your information before confirming your order.

Order confirmation

You will get a confirmation email from the address hey@windandvibes.com with all the information concerning your order.
When ordering products that are available for pre-order, you will find the delivery date on your order confirmation.
As this mail could also be delivered to your spam folder please check this folder as well.
If you did not get a confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.


Payment methods

You can choose between following payment methods:


You will be forwarded to the paypal website and guided through the payment process. As soon as the process is done you will be forwarded to our website again. You will get all the information about your order including the order confirmation number. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.

Credit card

We accept payments via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB.
The check digit (CVC) is the number on the back of your card.
At the end of the process you will see an overview of your order and the order confirmation number. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.

Payment in advance

After confirming your order you will see an order overview including the order confirmation number and all the information needed for the payment process. Please note that we will not dispatch the order before we got your payment.

If we do not get a payment within 14 days we will cancel the order. The articles will only be reserved for you after we have received your payment.

Payment confirmation and invoice

As soon as we received your payment you will get an invoice by mail from following email address: no-reply@mailer.windandvibes.com.
Please do not reply to this mail address.
If you have questions, want to change requests or have suggestions please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Gift vouchers and promotion codes

After purchasing one of our gift vouchers, it will be sent to you as a PDF attached with your order confirmation. 

The gift card includes a personal code. This code can be used during the payment process. The price will be reduced by the value of the gift card.

You can also fill in a discount code and the price will be reduced by the respective percent of discount.
Please note that discounts can not be combined and sale products are excluded from the use of discount codes.

Shipping and delivery status

Our shipping partner is DHL. We always strive to improve our shipping process and delivery times. Further information regarding this topic can be found here.
When buying a product that is available for pre-order, you will get information about the delivery date in your order confirmation.

When your order is dispatched you will get a delivery confirmation containing a tracking link from DHL.
If you do not get a delivery confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Revocation and returns

You have the possibility to revoke the purchase up to 14 days from the day you received the product.

Please note that we cannot cover the costs for the return shipment of returned items. 

That is how it works:

1. Please send a mail to hey@windandvibes.com and tell us about your withdrawal.

2. Send the product back within 14 days to the following address:

3. Please remember to put the delivery note in the package, this helps us to assign the product to your order as fast as possible.

4. As soon as we received your package, we will transfer the right amount via the same paying method that you used, back to you.
